If AI Motion is stuck spinning or not analyzing, try these quick steps.

Note, if the error concerns the 'Configuring' percentage not reaching 100% upon AI Motion activation and instead loops indefinitely, please close TPS and re-open.

Fix AI Motion Not Responding

1. Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for AI Motion.
2. Check that lighting in the hitting area is bright and even.
3. Close TPS and delete the Cache folder at:
   • C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio\Cache
4. Press Win + R, type %localappdata%, and press Enter.
5. Delete the folders named TrackMan and TrackMan Performance Studio (if present).
6. Remove and redownload AI Motion
   • C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio
   • Then delete the entire folder labeled 'Pose'
