If you're not seeing all the camera resolution options in Trackman, it might be due to a setting that prioritizes internal camera tracking. This article walks you through how to adjust that setting so you can access the full list of video resolutions in Shot Analysis.
Make All Camera Resolution Options Visible
- Open TPS Settings
- Launch the Trackman Performance Studio software.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Go to Advanced Settings
- In the Settings menu, select "Advanced Settings".
- Select the General Tab
- Inside Advanced Settings, click on the "General" tab.
- Find the Data Section
- Scroll down until you see the "Data" section.
- Scroll down until you see the "Data" section.
- Disable Internal Camera for Tracking
- Look for the option that says “Use internal camera for improved tracking (OERT)”.
- Uncheck this box.
- Note: The description under this option mentions that it requires Trackman 4 and affects available video resolutions.
- Return to Shot Analysis
- Go back to the "Shot Analysis" screen.
- Check Camera Resolutions
- You should now see all available resolution options.
- Choose the resolution that best fits your needs
