This article will show you how to troubleshoot units that are showing offline in Control Room Indoor in the Trackman Portal. Firstly check and perform the following.
Fixing Unit Showing Offline
- Check the PC has internet connection and that the Trackman unit is connected to the PC
- Reboot the Trackman unit
- Restart Trackman Performance Studio.
- If it's still not showing online in the Control Room, please check if the facility has been chosen in TPS.
- Open Trackman Performance Studio
- Click on the 3 lines in the bottom-right corner of the TPS main menu. Here you will see a tab called "Facility"
- If it says "None", it's because the facility has not been chosen.
- Click on "None" and select your facility, unless you have access to multiple, there should only be one to select.
