TMiO | PC Can't Detect Trackman iO

If your PC doesn't detect your TMiO unit, please check the following to help resolve the connection issue:

  1. Restart the Trackman unit and your PC.
  2. Inspect all ethernet cables.
    • Try to swap them with new cables to see if this is the problem.
  3. Ensure the Trackman is powered on and getting enough power.
    • Test this out by plugging an iPhone charger in and see if this charges.
  4. Observe indicator lights (green, yellow, or red – blinking or solid?).
  5. Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus or security software.
  6. Ensure the iO is plugged directly into the PC (remove any adapters)
  7. Verify your internet connection is active.
