If your PC doesn't detect your TMiO unit, please check the following to help resolve the connection issue:
- Restart the Trackman unit and your PC.
- Inspect all ethernet cables.
- Try to swap them with new cables to see if this is the problem.
- Ensure the Trackman is powered on and getting enough power.
- Test this out by plugging an iPhone charger in and see if this charges.
- Observe indicator lights (green, yellow, or red – blinking or solid?).
- Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus or security software.
- Ensure the iO is plugged directly into the PC (remove any adapters)
- Verify your internet connection is active.
