TeamViewer | Enabling Full Access in TeamViewer

If a support agent tells you, they can see your screen but are unable to click or control anything, TeamViewer’s Access Control is restricted. Please follow these steps to grant Full Access for Trackman Support.

Steps for the Customer

  1. Open TeamViewer on your computer.
  2. Click the ⚙️ (gear) icon in the top-right corner to open "Options".
  3. Select "Advanced" from the menu on the left.
  4. Click the box to show advanced options.
  5. Scroll to Advanced settings for connections to this computer.
  6. Find the setting "Access Control" and change it to "Full Access" from the dropdown.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.
  8. Close TeamViewer Options.
  9. End the current session and reconnect so the changes take effect.
