This article will guide you through how a facility can lock and unlock bays from the Portal. Please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Facility Management".
   • Click on the “Control Room Indoor” tab to manage all bays
2. Locate and select the bay you want to manage
3. Go to the Lock/Unlock Bay menu
4. Click “Unlock Bay(s)’’
