Uninstalling old version of TeamViewer (Skip this step if TeamViewer is not currently installed)
- Navigate to C:Users\”name of user”\AppData\Local and delete the TeamViewer folder
- Enter “control panel” into the windows search bar
- Make sure “view by” is set to category and then click “uninstall a program”
- Scroll down to TeamViewer and then click uninstall
- If there is no TeamViewer here then skip to installing the new TeamViewer
- A prompt saying “do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” click yes
- Next click “remove settings” on the left and then click “uninstall”
- Click “Close” once it is done
Installing Trackman TeamViewer Client For CSC's
- Download the installer from the email you received from Support
- You must get access from Support to install this version of TeamViewer
- Run the installer by double clicking it
- A prompt saying “do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” click yes
- Then click “next”
- Another prompt asking you to accept the “EULA Agreement” will appear, click accept
- Once it is done installing click “finish”
- Now go ahead and open TeamViewer from the desktop icon, it should look like this:
- Leave TeamViewer open until you get this pop-up:
- Finally click “Allow and Finish”
- If the box does not pop up, please restart the PC as it normally triggers the box to show
