TeamViewer | How To Set Up Trackman TeamViewer as a CSC

Uninstalling old version of TeamViewer (Skip this step if TeamViewer is not currently installed)

  1. Navigate to C:Users\”name of user”\AppData\Local and delete the TeamViewer folder
  2. Enter “control panel” into the windows search bar

  3. Make sure “view by” is set to category and then click “uninstall a program”

  4. Scroll down to TeamViewer and then click uninstall

    • If there is no TeamViewer here then skip to installing the new TeamViewer
  5. A prompt saying “do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” click yes
  6. Next click “remove settings” on the left and then click “uninstall”

  7. Click “Close” once it is done

Installing Trackman TeamViewer Client For CSC's

  1. Download the installer from the email you received from Support
    • You must get access from Support to install this version of TeamViewer
  2. Run the installer by double clicking it
  3. A prompt saying “do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” click yes
  4. Then click “next”
  5. Another prompt asking you to accept the “EULA Agreement” will appear, click accept
  6. Once it is done installing click “finish”
  7. Now go ahead and open TeamViewer from the desktop icon, it should look like this:

  8. Leave TeamViewer open until you get this pop-up:

  9. Finally click “Allow and Finish”
  10. If the box does not pop up, please restart the PC as it normally triggers the box to show
