This article guides facilities through the process of uploading their own facility logos through the Golf Portal. This article navigates you through the portal to find where to upload a facility logo and highlights the best logo dimensions and file type.

Adding a Facility Logo 

1. Go to the Trackman Golf Portal and login with your facility’s credentials
2. Using the left-hand side bar, you’ll select ‘Facility Management’ then ‘Facility Overview’
3. Once here, you’ll see ‘Facility Logo’ on the right
   • When uploading a logo, you’ll want to ensure that the photo is a PNG or JPEG.
   • The maximum size of the photo should be 220px x 128 px. For the best result, we recommend a PNG with a transparent background
4. Once finished, hit "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen and you’ll see the photo is added
   • If "Save Changes" does not turn orange, your photo is most likely too big, try another photo or logo.
