Integration Guide: YGB + QT Court
A new integration is available between YGB and QT Court that makes court access and lighting completely automated. The integration allows you to:
- Book your bay through YGB.
- Receive a unique PIN code for door access.
- Enjoy automatic lighting—your court is ready the moment you arrive.
- No switches, no waiting, no staff intervention. Just walk in and play.
Purpose of the integration
- Provide players with a smooth booking-to-play experience.
- Automate door access and lighting (no staff needed).
- Work seamlessly with QT Court’s existing hardware.
How the System Works
When a customer books a bay via YGB:
- User reserves a bay
- YGB notifies QT Court with
- Court ID
- Reservation start and end time
- Unique reservation ID
QT Court Actions:
- Registers the booking.
- Generates a PIN code for door access.
- Pre-schedules lighting for the reservation period.
Access & Lighting Flow
- Lights switch on a few minutes before the booking starts.
- Door unlocks at the beginning of the session.
- At the end of the reservation, lights turn off and the door locks again.
PIN Code Generation
- QT Court generates a secure PIN linked to the reservation.
- The PIN is:
- Sent directly to the user via email.
- Stored in the reservation log for tracking.
Lighting Control
- Lighting is handled by QT Court’s system.
- YGB only communicates which bay is booked.
- For lighting setup or adjustments, contact QT support directly.
