Once your facility is set up, bays are connected, and have at least one radar connected to Facility Management, you are now ready to create tournaments using the Golf Portal.

Create a Hit It! Tournament

1. Login to https://portal.trackmangolf.com/
2. Select "Tournaments" under "Competition" on the left-hand side bar
3. Then select "Create Tournament"
4. You’ll then select the ‘Hit It!’ module and "Create Tournament"
5. Once this is done, you can add the title of the tournament within the "Details" tab.
6. You’ll also be able to select whether this is a public or private tournament. Here’s a quick run down of the remaining tabs:
   • Settings: Allow you to set the desired dates and times of the tournament, difficulty, attempts per game and metric system used
   • Entry Fee: Gives you the power to make the tournament a paid or non-paid activity.
   • Sponsor: Will allow you to upload and add sponsor logos to your courses
   • Media: Is a new premium feature where you can personalize your tournament with custom cards
7. You’ll then "Publish" your tournament. Once your tournament is published, you may not be able to edit settings, so double check everything is set to your desired date and difficulty.
8. You’ll see the game move to ‘Live and Upcoming’ and after selecting it, you can invite players using the Players tab.

If you wish, you can also set up Hit It! in leagues. This is done the same as described above.
