The Portal now offers a new feature: Change Kiosk Code.

This update makes it much easier for facilities to manage their kiosk codes directly in the Portal without needing to reach out for support.

Key Changes

• Code visibility: The current 4-digit kiosk code is now shown in the "Facility Overview" → Locations tab.
• Instant updates: Users can update the code anytime, and changes will take effect immediately.

How to Change the Code

1. Log in to the Portal.
2. Navigate to "Facility Overview".
3. Open the Locations tab.
4. View or update your 4-digit kiosk code as needed.

• The Kiosk code is visible on the location card and editable by clicking the pencil icon.
