If the iO firmware or bundle fails to install, or if TPS shows error messages related to them, please follow these steps.
- Exit TPS
- Open C:\ProgramData\TrackMan
- Rename Trackman iO folder (add OLD)
- In C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio, delete the folder called "Firmware"
- Restart TPS
- Reconnect the iO unit and confirm the iO service should redownload
These steps work for iO Duo setup as well.
