TMiO | Force iO Firmware Reinstall

If the iO firmware or bundle fails to install, or if TPS shows error messages related to them, please follow these steps.

  1. Exit TPS
  2. Open C:\ProgramData\TrackMan
  3. Rename Trackman iO folder (add OLD)
  4. In C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio, delete the folder called "Firmware"
  5. Restart TPS
  6. Reconnect the iO unit and confirm the iO service should redownload

These steps work for iO Duo setup as well.
