When creating a Paid League in the Trackman Portal, you can choose how long players are able to sign up. This is controlled by the Sign-Up Period setting.

Here, you can select between two options: Unlimited and Time limited.

Unlimited

• The purpose of Unlimited is to allow for continuous Sign-Ups throughout the
  duration of the League Period
• Note, if you use this option your league members will not be able to join or pay the entry fee until the league is live!

Time limited

• The purpose of Time-Limited is to allow for a set date/time range that
  prospective customers can join the league. Once that window is closed, new customers can't sign up for the league.
• Note, if you select this option, you will allow customers to sign up, pay the entry fee and be added to the league prior to the start of the league going live.
