General | Book a Session Using the Trackman Golf App

Booking your next golf session with the Trackman Golf App is quick and easy. Follow these steps below:

  1. Log In to the Trackman Golf App
    • Open the app and log in using your Trackman Account credentials.
  2. Open the Trackman Locator
    • Tap the Locator icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Find Your Local Facility
    • Use the locator to search for and select your preferred facility.
    • Important: If you have a membership linked to your account, make sure to log into Your Golf Booking using the email address associated with your membership, not your Trackman account.
  4. Click “Book Now”
    • This will redirect you to the Your Golf Booking page.
  5. Choose Your Bay Option
    • Select the bay type that suits your needs.
  6. Add Players
    • Enter the number of players joining the session and tap Next.
  7. Select Date and Time
    • Browse available time slots:
    • Orange slots = your selected time
    • Blue slots = available times before or after your selection
  8. Review Booking Details
    • Double-check that everything is correct and tap Next.
  9. Checkout and Pay
    • Complete your booking by going to checkout and making your payment.
  10. Confirmation & Upcoming Bookings
    • Once your booking is complete you’ll receive a confirmation email.
    • Note, you can also view upcoming bookings in the app under “Me” → “My Bookings”.
