General | Book a Session Using the Portal

To book a "Booking & Payments" session, navigate to the Portal and log in using the email address associated with your membership. You can log in via the menu in the upper right corner. 

  1. Find a Venue
    • Once in the Portal, navigate to "Bookings" in the left side menu
  2. Locate your Facility
    • Click "Location"
    • Search for or use the map to locate the venue you wish to book
  3. Once the venue is located, click "Book"



  4. This will take you to the booking website, where the specific facility will be selected.
    • Note, if the facility's own website open op instead of the Trackman booking website, you need to navigate to yourgolfbooking.com and search for the facility there.
  5. Select Your Bay Option
    • If the facility offers additional services or products, you may see other options.
    • Choose the bay type that best suits your needs.
  6. Pick a Date and Time
    • Browse the calendar and available time slots:
    • Orange slots = your selected time
    • Blue slots = available times before or after your selection
  7. Review Your Booking Details
    • Double-check all details and click "Next".
  8. Checkout and Pay
    • Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
    • Once your booking is complete you’ll receive a confirmation email.

You can view upcoming bookings in the Trackman Portal under "My Bookings", or in the Trackman Golf App under “Me” → “My Bookings”.
