To book a "Booking & Payments" session, navigate to the Portal and log in using the email address associated with your membership. You can log in via the menu in the upper right corner.
- Find a Venue
- Once in the Portal, navigate to "Bookings" in the left side menu
- Locate your Facility
- Click "Location"
- Search for or use the map to locate the venue you wish to book
- Once the venue is located, click "Book"
- This will take you to the booking website, where the specific facility will be selected.
- Note, if the facility's own website open op instead of the Trackman booking website, you need to navigate to yourgolfbooking.com and search for the facility there.
- Select Your Bay Option
- If the facility offers additional services or products, you may see other options.
- Choose the bay type that best suits your needs.
- Pick a Date and Time
- Browse the calendar and available time slots:
- Orange slots = your selected time
- Blue slots = available times before or after your selection
- Review Your Booking Details
- Double-check all details and click "Next".
- Checkout and Pay
- Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
- Once your booking is complete you’ll receive a confirmation email.
You can view upcoming bookings in the Trackman Portal under "My Bookings", or in the Trackman Golf App under “Me” → “My Bookings”.
