General Upload Queue Stuck

If the upload queue in the Download Manager in TPS is stuck, there might be a large file blocking it. Try the steps below to fix the issue.

  1. Check TPS Upload Queue
    • TPS: Settings → Advanced Settings → Share.
    • Look for large/stuck file blocking upload.
  2. Move large file
    • Move file to Desktop/Documents (don’t delete it).
    • Path: C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio\Upload

  3. After moving the large file out of the Upload folder, reopen TPS
    • Now the remaining files should upload.
  4. Place the file back into the TPS Upload folder on your PC: C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio\Upload
    • Open TPS again, and it should upload the transferred file.
