Tournaments | Why Can't I See My Tournament in TPS?

Leagues do not appear in TPS like live tournaments do. Instead, they are only accessible via direct invitation. To verify that your league invitation works correctly, try sending the invite to yourself and opening the link.

If your live tournament isn’t showing up in TPS, check the following:

  • Facility Email:
    • You must be signed in with your facility email. Personal accounts may not have access to certain tournaments.
  • Invitation Status:
    • Some tournaments are invite-only. Make sure you've received and accepted the invitation.
  • Profile Requirements: Your Trackman profile must meet the tournament criteria:
    • Gender: Must be correctly selected.
    • Handicap: Must meet the tournament’s requirements (e.g., minimum rounds played).
    • Age: Age: Must be set correctly. If your age is missing or listed as 01.01.0001 , you’ll be automatically disqualified.
  • Tournament Status:
    • The tournament may not be live yet or may have already ended.

Try restarting TPS and toggling between Public and Private mode:

  1. Open Settings (bottom right corner).
  2. Go to "Application" > "Data Compliance".
  3. Switch to Private, then back to Public.
