Customizing Your Bay Settings 

To customize your bay settings to best fit your venue's needs, start by navigating to the Trackman Portal. Then proceed to the "Booking and Payments" section, which can be found in the left hand side navigation panel.

Please note that customers will not see if you change the name of a bay, as this is only internal facing. If this is something you'd like, reach out to support. Please note that "bay" is a hardcoded word and will not be removed.

In here you can access your bays by going to the "Bay Overview" and select the bay you want to edit.

Here are the things you can modify and change:

• Bay Label
  • The name displayed to customers on the booking page. You can change this to make it more descriptive.
• Custom Legend Color
  • Choose from three different highlight colors for the bay number display.
• Display Row
  • Adjust how bays are shown in rows. This is useful for ranges or venues with many bays, allowing specific bays to appear on different rows.
• Additional Information
  • Add details that will appear when a player clicks the (i) icon next to the bay name. Supports Markdown formatting for better presentation.
• Bay Options
  • Shows the options added to the group where this bay belongs.
• Time Rules
  • Apply restrictions or time-based rules to this specific bay.
• History
  • View all modifications and bookings made for this bay. This flexibility ensures your bays are displayed and managed exactly as you need for your venue.
