Credit Share Across Organization

This new feature allows players to use their credit (balance) across the organization once it is enabled by the admin. If your organization has more than one venue, you can turn on the feature under Organizational Details.

How It Works

There's a new toggle for admins, which lets an admin choose if players can use credit across organizations: 

• When the toggle is off, credit cannot be shared across organization.
• When the toggle is on, credit can be shared and the admin can choose how long after inactivity, it should expire.
• As a venue it is possible to turn on the feature, if you have cross currency venues, but the balance can only be used across venues with the same currency.

When the toggle is turned on, the admin can see the total customer balance across the organization under "Customers" and then "Customer Management". The tooltip explains that displayed balance is cross organizational total.

When opening a customer, under the balance tab, the admin should see the balance history from an organization perspective and the changes to the balance should indicate at which venue they happened.

The cross-organizational transaction of balance will be correctly displayed in the Ledger report.
