Device ID
If you have TPS showing the QR and pin code and players are unable to sign in, please go through the steps below to make sure it works again.
Only for Commercial Bays with Booking & Payments
- Shut down TPS
- Go to facility in the Portal
- Find the Bay
- Copy the name of the Bay
- Delete Bay
- Go to file explorer on PC --> delete Device ID file.
- Path is always C:\ProgramData\TrackMan
- Restart TPS
- TPS will create a new unique Device ID
- TPS will ask to create a a new Bay: Create bay
- New Bay name copied previously
- You'll see new bay created in Portal Control Room
- Send commands to bay to test connectivity
- Integrate bay with Booking & Payments
- PLEASE NOTE IT WILL STATE “NO BAY CONNECTED”, use the dropdown to select the correct bay number.
- Restart TPS
- Check the Booking & Payments integration works
