- Where did you play?
- When did you play?
- What device are you using to record?
- Which version of the NEXT Recorder app are you using?
- What have you tried?
- Is the NEXT Recorder app using WiFi or mobile data?
Send log files from the NEXT Recorder app
- Open the NEXT Recorder app.
- Click on the settings button in the left top corner.
- Click on Report an issue.
- Check that the receiver is support@trackman.com
- Fill out the needed information (Description of issue, Location etc.).
