General | Resending Booking Confirmation

When you change a booking to a different date, a different time or a different bay, it is good to keep the customer informed. With a new feature it is possible to automatically re-send the confirmation email with the updated information.

How to Re-send the Email

  1. Go to your booking, you can do this via the “bays” tab.

  2. When you change any of the changeable fields (such as date, start – end, bay) and save the booking you will be prompted in a new window to re-send the booking confirmation.

  3. In this window you can decide whether you do not wish to send or to re-send the confirmation. If you choose to re-send the confirmation, the customer will receive another email with the updated information.
