General | Troubleshoot the Print Manager App

  1. Check That Only ONE Version of the App Is Running
    • Look in the Windows Taskbar Tray (bottom-right corner).
    • Find the YGB Print Manager icon.
    • If more than ONE icon is showing:
      • Right-click extra icons → select Exit
      • Leave ONLY ONE running.
  2. Ensure the SALES TAB Is Selected
    • Open the Print Manager App.
    • Click the SALES tab.
    • The printer WILL NOT print unless Sales is selected.
  3. Keep the App OPEN (Not Minimized!)
    • The Print Manager MUST stay open on the desktop.
    • Do NOT minimize it to the taskbar.
    • If it’s minimized, the printer may stop receiving print jobs.
  4. Update Chrome Settings for Local Network Access
    • Open this link in Chrome: link
    • Find:
      • Local Network Access Checks
      • Local Network Access Checks for WebSockets
      • Set BOTH to: Disabled
    • Restart Chrome after changing these settings.
