- Check That Only ONE Version of the App Is Running
- Look in the Windows Taskbar Tray (bottom-right corner).
- Find the YGB Print Manager icon.
- If more than ONE icon is showing:
- Right-click extra icons → select Exit
- Leave ONLY ONE running.
- Ensure the SALES TAB Is Selected
- Open the Print Manager App.
- Click the SALES tab.
- The printer WILL NOT print unless Sales is selected.
- Keep the App OPEN (Not Minimized!)
- The Print Manager MUST stay open on the desktop.
- Do NOT minimize it to the taskbar.
- If it’s minimized, the printer may stop receiving print jobs.
- Update Chrome Settings for Local Network Access
- Open this link in Chrome: link
- Find:
- Local Network Access Checks
- Local Network Access Checks for WebSockets
- Set BOTH to: Disabled
- Restart Chrome after changing these settings.
