If you want to convert the data from a downloaded report in B&P, then you can easily convert the financial statistics and data into a more clear overview by following the steps below.

1. Download the specific report as a CSV file using the reporting tool in B&P. 
   
   
    
2. Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Excel (or an alternative such as Google Sheets).
3. Go to the Data tab and click "Text to Columns".
   
   

4. The Convert Text to Columns Wizard will appear. Select "Delimited" and click "Next".

   

5. In Step 2, select "Comma" and click "Next"
   
   
    
6. In Step 3, click "Finish".

The data will now be displayed correctly and divided into cells, giving you a clear and organized overview.
