This article explains how to link a bay to the Booking & Payments system in the Trackman Portal. 

Before you can integrate bays, please ensure that the bays are connected on the Home page:

1. Log in to the Trackman Portal. 
2. Navigate to Facility Management and select Booking & Payments. 
3. Select the bay to be linked.

4. Locate the bay you want to integrate and open its settings. 

   

5. Link the bay

   • If no bay is currently connected, the system will display “No Bay Connected.” Use the dropdown menu to select the correct bay number. 

   

6. Confirm the selection. 
   • Ensure the correct bay is selected and save your changes if prompted.
