Portal | Inactive Player in Admin Portal

If a player only appears after deselecting “Only active accounts” in the Admin Portal, it indicates that the player has participated in a session with a coach or as a guest in TPS, and the session data (for example videos or reports) has been sent or shared with the player.

To view the activity themselves, the player needs to:

  1. Create A Trackman Account 🎦
  2. Sign in to the Trackman Golf App or the Trackman Portal

Once the account is created, all previously shared sessions, videos, and reports tied to that email will automatically become visible.
