The Serial Number (SN) of a unit is important for proper identification and updating your license information. Finding this Serial Number can easily be accessed through the Trackman Performance Studio software.

1. On the TPS home screen, click the bottom-right name of your facility or login
   
   
    
2. In the pop-up, click "Settings"
   
   
    
3. Then, select "Advanced" up at the top right
   
   Note: If you are a facility and do not see the "Advanced" option, you’ll need to login with an administrator account.
   
   
    
4. Now, select "About" on the left-hand side panel.
   • Under the "Trackman Unit" section you will see an 8-digit number that is your Trackman Serial Number.
   • Under the "License" section, you will find your Hardware and Software subscription status.
