If a scorecard was submitted in error or affected by technical issues, administrators have the flexibility to remove scorecards from competitions. This capability ensures leaderboards remain credible, player trust is upheld, and competitions reflect true performance results. 

1. Log in to the Trackman Portal with your facility email.
2. Navigate to Scorecards in the left side menu under Competitions.
3. Search by Player, Tournament, or Course in the search bar.
4. Click on the three dots in front of the scorecard you would like to remove.
   
   
    
5. Click “Remove scorecard from competition”.
   
   

If the player has another scorecard, the system will automatically detect it and count it as the correct scorecard.
