Social Events are open-format tournaments designed for your facility. The primary advantage is that players do not need a Trackman account to participate; they can simply join as guests and start playing immediately. 

Play Social Event

1. Log in to the Trackman Golf Portal
2. Select "Tournaments" under "Competitions" in the navigation header menu
   
   
    
3. Click "Create New Tournament" and then select "Social Event"
   
   
    
4. Select the format of the event. You can select courses, Hit It! (Long Drive), Closest to the Pin and games (Bullseye, ShuffleGolf and putt-putt). 
   
   
    
5. After selecting a course, choose individual bays for the event or select all bays at once. 
   
   
    
6. Using the highlighted tabs in the photo will help you change the game and course settings like date ranges, number of rounds, hole and tee selection.
