The Trackman Portal is not only your personal gateway to all your golf data, performance insights, and progress tracking, but it also allows you to book sessions, buy top-ups, purchase memberships, and pay for sessions online.
How to Book A Bay
If you need to book a bay in a facility, you can usually do it in two ways:
- Through the Trackman Portal / Trackman Golf App
- Or through a web browser
If you access a facility’s public website, there is usually a button that redirects you to the booking page.
After accessing the facility’s booking page:
- First you need to create an account or log in.
- To do this, go to the top right corner of the booking page, click Menu
- Select the appropriate option.
If you are creating a new account, you will receive a notification email. Please confirm your account, and once it is confirmed, you will be able to book and pay for sessions at your chosen Trackman facilities.
How to Access your Bookings
- Go to the Trackman Portal.
- Log in using the email address associated with your Trackman account.
- If you don't have an account, please follow these instructions to create a Trackman account.
- On the left side of the screen you can notice the 'Bookings' section.
In here you can find:
- Location: You can search for a venue by name or use the map to find venues in your area.
- My Bookings: An overview of all your bookings.
- My Purchases: An overview of all your purchases.
- My Packages: A list of all your purchased packages.
- My Memberships: A list of all your memberships.
- Payment Methods: It is advisable to add a payment method here. This ensures that if you are a member of a facility and your membership renews monthly, the payment will be processed automatically.
- Settings: Your personal details.
