If you are using a touch monitor as a display for your Trackman setup or if you are connecting it to an All-in-One PC with a built-in touchscreen—you may need to calibrate the screen using Windows' native settings.
This process is specifically for HID (Human Interface Device) monitors and should be performed without the touch screen driver installed.
Prerequisites
- Supported OS: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11.
- Note: This process is not compatible with Windows Embedded systems that lack Tablet PC Support.
- Driver Check: If you currently have an Elo touch driver installed, you must uninstall it before proceeding with the steps below.
Calibration Process
Follow these steps to ensure your touch inputs align correctly with your Trackman display:
- Access Control Panel
- Connect your monitor(s) to your PC.
- Open the Windows Control Panel.
- To find the necessary settings quickly, change the View by option in the top-right corner to Small icons.
- Open Tablet PC Settings
- Locate and click on Tablet PC Settings.
- Locate and click on Tablet PC Settings.
- Configure Your Displays
- In the window that appears, click the Setup button.
- In the window that appears, click the Setup button.
- Identify the Touchscreen
- A prompt will appear asking you to identify your touchscreen:

- Save and Exit
- Once the touchscreen is identified, follow any remaining on-screen prompts to save your configuration.
- Your monitor should now be calibrated and ready for use with your Trackman software.
