You may occasionally experience login issues when accessing the Trackman Golf Portal. If this happens, you may see the following error message: “Unauthorized client.”
This issue can occur for several reasons, including:
- Corrupted browser cache or cookies
- Expired login sessions
- Outdated or broken login links
- Browser compatibility issues
First of all, please ensure you are using the official direct login link: Trackman Login Page.
Sometimes an old bookmark or saved login link may no longer work correctly or may redirect to an invalid session. If you still get the error message, please try the steps below.
Clear Cache and Cookies
Depending on which browser you are using, the steps may vary slightly. The instructions below are shown using Google Chrome.
- Open your browser
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner
- Select "Settings"
- Go to "Privacy and Security"

Click Delete browsing data
- Select:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Set the time range to All time
- Click "Delete data"
- Close and reopen the browser
- Then try logging in again.
Other Solutions
- Try Another Browser
- This helps determine whether the issue is browser-specific.
- Try Incognito / Private Mode
- Open an Incognito or Private window and try logging in again. Private browsing mode avoids using existing cache, cookies, or browser extensions that may interfere with authentication.
