If you need to check the time zone in Windows and potentially change it, please follow the steps below: 

1. Press Windows + I  
2. Go to "Time & Language" in the left navigation menu and select "Date & time" 
   
   
    
3. Locate “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically” 
4. Toggle them both ON.
5. If they are both on, the time zone is using auto time zone.
   
   

If you want to change the time zone using the automatic time zone setting, please follow these steps:

1. Go to "Privacy & Security"
2. Select the Location tab
   
   
    
3. Turn Location services ON
4. Then go back to "Time & Language" and toggle "Set time zone automatically" OFF and then ON again.
