Shot Analysis | Unable to Calibrate External Cameras

If the External Camera Calibration option is greyed out, it means your account does not currently have permission to calibrate the cameras.

Since the introduction of TPS 10.3, when the software is running in Public Mode (Facility), external cameras can only be calibrated by an administrator who is signed in as a player.

To calibrate the cameras:

  1. Sign in as a player using the bottom-left sign-in option or the QR code.


     
  2. Launch Shot Analysis.
  3. You should now have access to the camera calibration settings.

If the calibration option is still unavailable, verify that your account has the correct Owner or Manager permissions under Access Management at Trackman Portal.

External camera calibration is currently not supported with an Trackman iO Duo setup.
