Other Sim | How to Request a Replacement Part

Please note that this only applies for customers in AMER and APAC and not EMEA.

If you need to replace a component of your Trackman simulator, for example the hitting screen, turf, or other physical parts, you can request a replacement by contacting the support team. 

Before Contacting Us

To ensure we identify the correct replacement part and product model, please prepare the following: 

  • The name of the part you need to replace (for example: hitting screen, hitting turf, mat insert, etc.) 
  • A clear photo of the part. This helps us accurately detect the exact model and version of your product.

How to Request the Replacement

Send an email to simreplacements@trackman.com. In your email, include: 

  • A brief description of the part you need 
  • The attached photo of the part 
  • If possible, include multiple angles of the part 
  • Mention any visible wear, damage, or serial markings
