Settings | Unable To Log Into Trackman Performance Studio

If you're unable to sign into TPS upon launching the application, follow the guide below to resolve the issue:

  1. Upon opening TPS, you will see this prompt to sign-into TPS

  3. Before signing in, please ensure you are connected to the internet
  4. Enter your username and password for your Trackman account
  5. If you encounter an error message indicating the username or password is incorrect, click on "Can’t access your account?”
    • This will open a new browser window to reset your password.
    • Enter your username, email, full phone number associated with your Trackman account and click "Submit"
  6. Then you will receive a temporary password by email. This can take up to 10 minutes.
  7. Use this new temporary password to log in to TPS.
  8. Once logged in, change the temporary password to a new password. To do this:
    1. Go to portal.trackmangolf.com
    2. Log in with the temporary password
    3. Click your name in the top right corner and select "My Profile"
    4. Scroll down to the password section
    5. Enter the temporary password as your current, then create a new password of your choice.
  9. If you're unable to log into TPS using the temporary password, try logging in to the Trackman portal first to confirm the credentials work. If successful, follow the steps above to update your password.
