If the LED on the front panel of your Trackman is glowing with a constant red light please try the following steps to try resolve the issue.

 1^st Method:

1. Open the rubber flap on the bottom of the radar and you should see a small pin hole above or below the screw depending on how you are holding the radar
2. Keep the radar on
3. Take a paperclip and hold it into the hole for 10 seconds (You should feel a bottom of the hole)
4. The radar lights will turn off
5. Wait 20 to 30 seconds
6. Turn the radar off by closing the rear leg stand
7. Wait for the light to go off next to the camera
8. Power the radar back on by opening the legs back up

 2^nd Method:

1. While radar is on, hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds. The light will start blinking green and red (This indicates that the unit is hard resetting)
2. Turn off the radar by closing the rear leg stand
3. Wait 20 to 30 seconds
4. Power the radar back on by opening the legs back up
