If the LED on the front panel of your Trackman is glowing with a constant red light please try the following steps to try resolve the issue.

Before performing a factory reset, please remember to check if the Auto Power On/Off Setting is enabled. A lot of places in Europe have the One Button solution and factory reset will turn this setting off.

Red LED Light on TM4

1. Open the rubber flap on the bottom of the unit and you should see a small pin hole above or below the screw depending on how you are holding the unit
2. Keep the unit on
3. Take a paperclip and hold it into the hole for 10 seconds (You should feel a bottom of the hole)
4. The unit lights will turn off
5. Wait 20 to 30 seconds
6. Turn the unit off by closing the rear leg stand
7. Wait for the light to go off next to the camera
8. Power the unit back on by opening the legs back up

If this didn't work, please try the second method below:

1. While the unit is on, hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds. The light will start blinking green and red (This indicates that the unit is hard resetting)
2. Turn off the unit by closing the rear leg stand
3. Wait 20 to 30 seconds
4. Power the unit back on by opening the legs back up
