If you have recently updated your Software Subscription or made any changes to the license type of your TrackMan unit, you may need to update the license of your unit through the TrackMan Golf Pro app or through TPS. To do so, please follow the guide below.
Updating License On An iPhone
- Connect the iPhone to internet with mobile data
- Connect to the TM Wi-Fi
- Open TrackMan Golf Pro app
- The new license will be applied when you start the session
Updating License In TPS
- Connect the TrackMan to your PC
- Open TPS
- Click Shot Analysis (and choose your TrackMan in the list)
- It will now check for available updates (If you are not connected to internet, please connect the PC to Internet)
- New updates will automatically be downloaded
- Click Shot Analysis (and choose your TrackMan in the list) and the new license will be applied to your TrackMan
Updating License On An iPad
- Connect the iPad to internet
- Open TrackMan Golf Pro app
- Leave the app open for 1 minute to download the license
- Go out of the app and go to Settings of the iPad
- Connect to TM Wi-Fi
- Open the app
- The new license will be applied when you start the session
If the license is still not updating please submit a support ticket here
