Slow Camera Feedback On IDS & iOS

If you are experiencing slow camera feedback on your external camera devices, please try the following steps below for either IDS or iOS devices.

IDS Camera

  1. Close TrackMan Performance Studio
  2. Search “File Explorer” in the PC search bar located on the bottom left-hand corner of screen
  3. Follow this path “C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\VideoManagement” and delete the entire Video Management Folder. (If Program Data folder is not available, please select “view” at the top of the page and then select “hidden items” on the right-hand side.)
  4. If the issue persists, close TPS again
  5. Open “File Explorer” and follow this path “C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio\Cache” delete the entire cache folder
  6. If slow feedback continues, try to unplug cameras from both ends of the cable and plug them back in
  7. If slow feedback persists, please try downloading the latest drivers from the link here
  8. If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket here

iOS Camera

  1. Verify your iOS device is connected to the TM-Fast Wi-Fi network
  2. In the TrackMan Camera app select “Settings” on the top right-hand corner and toggle high quality and fast shutter off
  3. Adjust FPS to be lower to see if that speeds up the camera feedback
  4. If feedback is not any faster, please submit a support ticket here

Note: Ensuring that your PC is running optimally and getting the most out of the Nvidia graphics card is also likely to help with this issue. For a guide on this, please see the article below:
