Error Messages | Unable to Generate Reports In TPS

If you get the message "Report could not be shown" when trying to create a report in TPS, please do the following: 
 

  1. Quit TPS  
  2. Delete everything from this folder:  
    C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio\HtmlReports
     
  3. Start TPS again, you should now be able to create and share the report
