This article includes a step-by-step guide on how to properly cancel and void a gift card.
Go to the right side of your facility and click the magnifying glass icon. There, you can change the search option to "Purchases.
Here, you can filter the search by the customer's name (the person who purchased the gift card) and by date. You can also click the X icon to view all purchases.
Click on the gift card purchase.
You will now see the purchase details. Click the three dots to display the "Void" option.
Click the "Void" option to cancel the gift card purchase. Please note that this process is irreversible.
