Explanation of the Error
If you experience an error in TPS mentioning that the network speed between TPS and TMiO is slower than the required 1000 Mb/s, please follow the below steps. Please confirm you are using a CAT 6 cable for all connections.
Steps to Resolve the Error
- Make sure to have Speed & Duplex set to 1.0 Gbps Full duplex. For guidance on this, please refer to this article: Settings | PC Ethernet Settings 🎦
- Check if the speed is 1.0 Gbps by double clicking on the “unidentified network” connection.
- If it is not in 1 Gbps, you can restart the network connection by disabling and enable it back.
- Make sure Trackman iO units connected to the motherboard ethernet port to determine if this is an issue with a potential switch, adapter or cable.
