Trackman Arc Hardware Installation 

Connect the Arc with a shielded Cat6 cable to your facility network.

1. Plug the power cable to the Trackman Arc.
   
   
    
2.  Connect the provided Cat6 cable both to the Trackman Arc and to the facility router.
   
   
    
3.  Power up the Arc by pressing the power button.

Trackman Arc Installation 

Please note, if you wish to buy a Trackman Arc, you have to get in touch with your local sales rep.

1. Launch TPS (10.3 or later) on any Simulator PC in your facility.
2. Log in to the Trackman Portal (portal.trackman.com) using the facility admin credentials.
3. Navigate to > Control Room Indoor.
4. You will now be able to see a section called Trackman Arc.
5. Select your location from the dropdown.
6. Click on "Install"
7.  Read the important pop-up message and click ‘Yes, proceed’ when you are ready.
8. The Arc installation will take up to 3 hours to fully install, cleaning up files and arranging correct storage and installation. During installation no actions are required. 
   • Do not turn off any connected HW during the installation process, but if abrupted, the process will continue from where it was stopped as soon as the Arc is reconnected to the network.
9. Once the installation has finished you will be able to see the Arc “Online” and the installation is now complete. As the capabilities of Arc evolves over time, you will now be able to benefit from this, using the Trackman Portal as your main access point.
   
   

TPS Setup

TPS must be updated to 10.3 version or newer version.

Once the Trackman Arc is fully installed, you will be able to see that it is connected with a green message on the Downloads tab.
