If TPS fails to install and you see an Expression Encoder 4 error message, you’ll need to install Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 before trying again.

  1. Download and install Expression Encoder 4 from this link: Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 – Download
  2. Once the installation is complete, retry installing TPS.

Note: This issue may occur on new PCs where Windows 11 is not fully updated.
