If TPS fails to install and it's due to a Expression Encoder 4 error message you will first need to download it before then retrying to install TPS. You can click download and install the Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 from this link: https://download.cnet.com/Microsoft-Expression-Encoder-4/3001-18515_4-75450292.html
Once installed, please retry the TPS installation. Please note this can happen on new PC installations where Windows 10 or Windows 11 isn't fully updated.
