TM4 | Can't Find Wi-Fi Connection On PC/iOS

If your Trackman is not showing up in your Wi-Fi settings of your PC or iOS device, please follow the steps below. 

Connection Checklist

  1. Battery status – Check that the Trackman unit is charged. The blinking green lights on the bottom indicate battery level:
    • 4 blinks = 100%
    • 3 blinks = 75%
    • 2 blinks = 50%
    • 1 blink = 25%
    • Red blink = less than 20%
  2. Power
    • Make sure the unit is powered on by folding down the back leg.
  3. Connection readiness – Confirm the unit is ready to connect:
    • Solid green light next to the camera
    • Flashing blue light on the bottom of the unit
  4. Ethernet check
    • Ensure no Ethernet cable is connected. If Ethernet is detected, Wi-Fi is automatically disabled.
  5. PC network settings – If you are connecting via PC, verify that Network Discovery and File Sharing are turned on:
    • In the bottom-left search bar, type File Explorer and open it
    • Select Network from the left panel
    • If prompted by a bar at the top, click it and select Turn on network discovery and file sharing
  6. Hard reset (if needed)
