If you are experiencing issues with Trackman Performance Studio misbehaving or performing oddly, a factory reset of TPS could be necessary. Please note that resetting TPS should always only be done as a last resort when all else fails. If you still need to factory reset TPS, please follow the steps below.

Factory Reset Trackman Performance Studio

• Close Trackman Performance Studio
• Select the windows icon and search diagnostics in the search bar
• Open the diagnostics application
• 
• Select "Reset Trackman Performance Studio To Factory Defaults"
• Select YES on the next pop up that appears
• 
• Open Trackman Performance Studio and test to see if your issue has been resolved
