If you are experiencing issues with the blue hitting area box pointing excessively upwards towards the ceiling or sky then we will most likely need to bring the unit back in for repair.

When the blue hitting area box appears to floating in the air like this image below the issue is most likely due to damage to the inclinometer of the unit which allows the unit to maintain it's optimal level in order to be able to operate.

To further test this issue, you can try placing a small flat object under the rear leg of the TrackMan and test to see if the legs of the TrackMan move or adjust in any way. If not, then to resolve the issue the unit will need to brought in for a repair.
