If the blue hitting area box is angled excessively upward toward the ceiling or sky, the unit will most likely need to be returned for repair.
When the blue hitting area box appears to be floating above the ground, as shown in the image below, the issue is typically caused by damage to the unit’s inclinometer. The inclinometer is responsible for maintaining the correct leveling of the unit to ensure proper operation.
To further verify the issue, you can perform a simple test:
Place a small, flat object under the rear leg of the Trackman unit and observe whether the legs adjust or compensate for the change in height. If there is no movement or adjustment, the inclinometer is likely not functioning correctly.
In this case, the unit will need to be returned to Trackman for repair.
