หากต้องการลดและหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาการตัดการเชื่อมต่อหรือปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อขณะใช้งานอุปกรณ์ Trackman ด้วยสายอีเธอร์เน็ต ให้ทำตามขั้นตอนในคู่มือนี้ คำแนะนำเหล่านี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อช่วยให้การเชื่อมต่อของคุณคงความเสถียรและเชื่อถือได้

"Device Manager"

• เปิด "Device Manager"
• ไปที่ “Network Adapters”
  • คลิกขวาที่อะแดปเตอร์อีเธอร์เน็ต (โดยปกติจะเรียกว่า “controller”) แล้วเลือก "Properties"
  • "Power Management"
    • ยกเลิกการเลือก "Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer"
    • ยกเลิกการเลือก "Allow this device to wake the computer"
    • ยกเลิกการเลือก “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”
  • "Advanced"
    • "Speed & Duplex" – เปลี่ยนค่าเป็น 1 Gbps full duplex (ต้องตั้งค่าเป็น 1)
    • "Jumbo Frame" –  9014 / 9K
    • "Energy Efficient Ethernet" – "Disabled"
    • "Power Saving Mode" – "Disabled"

"File Explorer"

• เปิด "File Explorer"
  • ป้อน "Network"
  • ด้านบนจะแสดงแบนเนอร์สีเหลืองพร้อมข้อความ “File & Network Sharing is not turned on”
  • คลิกแบนเนอร์ดังกล่าว
  • ระบบจะถามว่าคุณต้องการเปิดใช้ File & Network Sharing หรือไม่ ให้เลือก "Yes"

"Network Connection"

• เปิด "Network Connection" โดยกด "⊞ + R" บนแป้นพิมพ์ แล้วพิมพ์ "ncpa.cpl"
• คลิกขวาที่ Ethernet ที่อุปกรณ์ Trackman ใช้งานอยู่
  • เลือก "Properties"
  • ยกเลิกการเลือก "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
  • คลิก "OK"
